If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or fault, customers are eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
Normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Each piece is designed and produced with care, and any concerns will be handled with intention and fairness.

Prices are listed in EGP and may change without notice.

Orders
